Bronco gets a new Dashboard

This page outlines the installation of a Custom KWS Dashboard.
Having suffered from far too many engine & drive train failures I decided to have a totally custom dashboard built for the Bronco that would have space for gauges to monitor Everything that is going on in the truck. 
The factory OEM gauges were next to worthless so a full set of Autometer Phantom gauges was in order.

First step was to remove the OEM gauge cluster and cut away most of the top of the plastic from the OEM dash.

Then we wired in the electrical hookups for power and framed the basic enclosure for the new panels.

Power lines were brought in for all of the external lights. Air lines for the RS9000 Shocks & Gauges, and ARB control lines were all routed in for panel #2.

Gotta find a place for Differential and Transfer case temp...
